Hi,

I am looking for a handyman that can assist me with my gas geyser issue i have at home.
This could be water related as the water pressure was turned lower in the area?
Not sure if the geysers are sensitive and and if there is a way to tune the sensitivity on the geyser.
Im tempted to believe this is water related as this only started when the water was turned lower....according to whats app and facebook messages.
How long does this last so that i wait that long, i dont know?
If i "look" and "feel" the water flow from the hot taps... it seems to be gushing out a lot and quick and fast enough, i dont understand the theory.
There were some people in the facebook community that were saying that they were also having luke warm baths at night, have not heard from them since.
However, for us the water was also luke warm and then after 1 weeks or so, the flame was not igniting at all so we had no warm water, never mind hot water.
The Pilot flame is functioning okay and never gone out at all, indicating that the ventilation or chimney is fine.
The family is bathing with a bucket of boiled water for the last 3 weeks , its amazing.
I don't know where to start or who to assist. I have considered call outs BUT i dont know if this plumber or gas related.
Cant spend exorbitant amount on a call out and its for the wrong reason.
Appreciate it if anybody can assist me that even knows or has a buddy in the field.

Check the batteries if it's a piezo igniter

/edit I see it's got a pilot, so no.
Have you tried adjusting the water flow controls? Post a pic of them
