Yeah, probably because someone with half a brain cell in your group realised a return to hard lockdown would not achieve anything, and just further break the economy..

The Gauteng provincial government says that it will not push for the return of a hard lockdown but will instead further clamp down on activities which are not currently permitted.
Wait, did I read correctly, the government is going to enforce current rules/regulations/laws instead of making up new ones to try and fix the ones we have that aren't enforced?
