Noone is asking you to marry someone from the same sex.. I dont know wh poeople make such a big fuss about stuff like this....whether we should allow gay marriages, whether abortion should be aloowed...etc..etc...at the end of the day i have my viwe, and otehr have theirs...if someone else wants to get an abortion or marry someone from teh same sex...let them...nobody is asking you to have an abortion or to marry a dude or chick or whatever

You have mentioned abortion, sex with animals, same sex marriages, fornication and I would say adultery. If we accept this as the norm what will the cost be to society. The issue of gay marriage in Canada has come and gone. Last week it was finally put to rest when a vote in parliament put the issue out of it's misery.

Life goes on here in Canada as if nothing happened after all the fuss and bother of debating the issue.

I personally do not agree with the issue but have come to the conclusion that people want to do anything. If they want to do drugs, get drunk, molest children, rape, murder, lie, cheat and steal the it's their choice. If they want to have sex with animals then again it is their decision. They, and the people affected by their choices, have to deal with the net result in their lives.

Ain't freedom to choose great?

Yes especially for those who have to carry the consequences of the short sited decisions of goverments who is not taking into account kids kids and grandkids...really.. freedom to choose is really a commodity man abuse...

Gay Marriages

Could you provide a source for this please.

The basic thinking by the gay community was that theiir rights are infringed should ministers refuse to marry them if the law is approved. For the Christian community one of the functions of marriage is the commandment Gen1:28.

On that basis it was realised that ministers can not be forced by the gay community to marry them. They then will be infringing the rights of the minister.

It is quite interesting but in this way the constitution protect the minister being forced into something he does not see right...
