No, you misunderstand me. Or perhaps I wasn't clear. Let me try again, perhaps with an analogy.
Since we don't know what causes men to do these things (we've seen it's not directly related to nature or nurture, some suggest "cultural"):
Bears are mauling people, not all bears maul people. A lot of bears do though. Do the bears who don't maul people absolve themselves of it? Or do they acknowledge that there are bears out there mauling people? What can the bears who aren't mauling people do? Do they just say "hey, we're not mauling people so leave us out of this?" What if it's something genetic in bears? We don't know what it is. (ok, we do with bears, but let's pretend that we don't. This is was terrible analogy, but I think you get it?)
I should've used pitbulls, that would have been better. Replace bears with pitbulls.
