SOC on pylontech is showing 66% but inverter is still reporting 100% SOC.

Inverter is set to Lithium and connected to the RS485 port on the master battery.

maybe try the can port?

Can and RS485 are distinctly different communication standards. Do not swap.

Anyway, the issue looks fairly clear to me. Both top batteries in the picture have the same address, being zero. Can't make out the bottom one clearly, but probably also set to address 0. For these comm protocols, devices need to have different addresses. Likely what's happening is that all batteries are responding to queries at the same time, preventing the inverter from understanding the values.
Set the addresses on battery 2 and 3 to different values from 1.
