Geography question

Maybe this has been posted before, if it has, sorry.

It seems to me that most of the users complaining about speed are in Gauteng.

Is this because:

1. Cape Town and Durban have fewer problems?
2. There are just far fewer subscribers at the coast, so they aren't so vocal?
3. Cape Town and Durban folks are, like, so laid back that they haven't got round to complaining yet?

If the answer is 1, is this because contention is lower?

Personally i feel that the problem comes from the gauteng towers being the phase one towers (i think there might be a latent defect with the earliest towers) However, this theory can be discounted because their are some towers in jhb that are phase 2 that have issues (like Rosebank).

Durban is where ProAsm lives (i think) so i'm sure he is running a tight ship there.

I have the same speed issues and I'm in Durban. I've succeeded in suspending my service until such time as they have resolved the problem.

Well not anymore since I've suspended it until they resolve the problem...
Download speeds have been getting worse and worse and it became virtually unusable last week.
Was it you stealing my bandwidth again Rhino?

Problems increase as the users increase in an area ...

Gauteng launched first ... first hassles ... most customers
KZN launched second ... currently somewhat less hassles ... less customers

you get the idea.
