Not you particularly, just your kind that have rose tinted glasses.

I've had a lot of assumptions made up about me the last few days, I'd like to know more about these rose-tinted glasses?

What is the difference between the death penalty and "culling" in your eyes?

Good Lord Lindiwe poor choice of words!!!

Also the "This stuff can happen anywhere in the world. Today is our bad day". You can't make this stuff up.

Just ignore the rape and murder rate for SA folks. Head in the sand... it's the same everywhere in the world :ROFL::ROFL:
"Today is our bad day with yet another murder of many today..." <-- that's what she should have said. Let's not beat about the bush...this poor tourist was 1 of many yesterday. And many more today.
This is not an isolated incident by any means.

So who did you think was being referred to, given the topic at hand?

A better question is why someone would use the word cull instead of just asking to bring the death penalty back. Culling has always been seen as reducing the population?

Secondly, who determines who is worthy of "culling" - during Apartheid I think less than 1000 people were executed? How much of a dent is that in the population?

It's called hyperbole. Use of exaggerated language for effect rather than literal meaning. Pretty common.

Re your second point: Again your overly literal interpretation is leading you astray.

Criminals have too many rights in this country, and the public have almost no rights when it comes to self-defense.

This is what it all boils down to. But, unfortunately, this is the reality we all and the world has to face.

All laws have been changed by the ANC to protect criminals and ensure prosecutions and imprisonment are minimized and where it happens, it should happen as fast as possible.

The ANC knows there are too many people and too little money to look after everyone. They knew criminals would need to commit crime to stay alive and they new they had to protect them and give them more rights.

If the ANC and SA Government failed in doing this, more than half of the population would be in jail and they would have no more voters and lose power.

That is why I asked.

I support the quickest, cheapest and easiest form of death penalty.

Where do the rose-tinted glasses come from?
From the lack of being critical and disgust at the situation and only comment on racial matters. Where were you before the culling comment?
