Here's what you do:

1.) Read the opening line of the article:

2.) Take a note of the winning game in bold, Kingdomino.
3.) Look at the two pictures:



4.) See which image has the word 'Kingdomino' in it (from step #2)

Game of the year seems to be the 3x "Exit" games.

They're R220 each on Raru at the moment.

Problem is, I suspected they were one-time play only and was able confirm this. You fold, break and tear some of the game pieces along the way. Once you've solved the puzzle, you know the answer and would have no reason to play the game again.

(would be nice if the product page had some warning of this)

EDIT: Thanks to the poster above for pointing out that "Kingdomino" was the general winner. The "Exit" games won the complex game category.
