You just have to see the people applying to be on the board to know that it is just an ANC mouthpiece. Zindzi Mandela, Pesident's former spokesman, President's apologists, ANC supporting journalists etc. ..

The SABC was better during apartheid - and that's saying a lot!

Maybe that was the opinion poll of the "hand picked" voters According to our poll almost 90% think the opposite

It is possible to conduct a poll to get any result you want.

"9 out of 10 dentists prefer Toothpaste X" ... of all dentists attending a free cruise sposored by X.

"9 out of 10 moms feed their children PigTrotter Polony!" - survey conducted at a rehabilitation programme for neglectful mothers.

Sack the SABC board ?
That would be undemocratic, and patently unfair to the previously disadvantaged.
As the state broadcaster, they have the moral obligation to enrich the party faithful, and to employ blind and deaf journos and apologists who would never otherwise get a job...............................

Unfortunately in a democracy such as ours, the ANC think of things this way" It's a democracy, the ANC is democratic, so we can do what ever we like".

Then again there's the people - who think very logically: " the ANC screwed everything up, so next election let's vote for them again, so that they can fix it !"
