Look - if there's a decent chance that I might get to see the band I actually want to see, and the tickets don't end up being ridiculously priced and I get some kind of ticket priority (over the general public) then R15 isn't really that much of a deal tbh. So long as the system works and has pulling power - I'm keen to see it work
Will the online service be the only method you will employ to gauge public interests?
Big Concerts usually skip Port Elizabeth as a venue, will you be able to reverse that trend?

If that's the case I'd suggest making it free until the first concert has transpired. If I can see the system works, then I'm way more likely to pay for the service henceforth.
