Getting an iPad?

Good day,

I would like to ask all the apple friends out there, how the ipad is. About 4-5 years ago, I owned the first generation Tab 1 from Samsung. It was awesoming having that, and I was always an samsung fan.

But at the end of last year, I respectively changed my phone to iPhone 6S plus and also got myself an apple watch. And am loving apple products. But their price is so spikey... So my question here is, should I get myself a Samsung Tab which is like a few K cheaper, or should I get iPad Air/Air 2, which is going to cost so much?

The reason why i'm not 100% with the samsung tab S2 is because I have the iPhone.. So i fear the compatablity issue...

Please guide me friends. :D

Thank you

If you can afford it I'd say get the iPad air 2 etc.
You already familiar with apple products, everything syncs well together and apples tablets seem to to remain top of the list in most reviews for a reason.
They are pricier than tab S2 yes but they reliable and just work.

I'm thinking of getting the Tab S2 8 as mini is pricey but cant seem to find a review saying that its worth it really, always seem to be niggly issues with Droid devices that put me off clicking the add to cart button, issues that seem to make it into the next gen time and again.

What Hemps said.

If you're happy with the iPhone, you'll be happy with the iPad (unless you're used to putting movies and music on an SD to consume on the tablet).

I have an Android phone (which is great) and an iPad (which is also great).

Rumor suggests the Air 3 will be launched next month. If you go the iPad route, might be best to wait a while.

You really cant compare the samsung tabs to any ipad. The ipad air's are in a class of their own. I love mine. If you can afford the air dont even think about the samsung

I think on Android on tablets are still not nearly as polished as iOS on tablets. iPad it is

I would wait a notch & see the announcement. Then base your judgement & if you want to save some huge bucks then look at getting a mint condition Air 2. It's specs allow it to run excellent to this day.

This. I've always found the iPad to be he very best tablet by far. No Android tablet can compare due to the OS more than anything else

I'm looking for an 8incher and the Galaxy tab S2 is very nice tablet at price a little cheaper than ipad mini 2 64gb.

Only issue I have at the moment is getting Android to airplay to Apple TV 4.

I went in the opposite direction Apple to Android and it's like being set free during a Rio Carnival. Everything goes, android has absolutely no rules and I love that. Will never go back. But if you went from Android to Apple and you like it then I would suggest you go Apple all the way, it just works for some people while others can't get into it.

I've said exactly the same in the past, I have no problem using Android phones, I still use one on a daily basis, but I absolutely hate using Android tablets, the iPad just is in another league. Currently using an Air 2 for home/office and a Mini 4 for on the road, couldn't be happier.

I love my Air 1. It's the first tab I actually use more than my laptop. Had a Note 2014 Edition before this
