i phone the helpdesk, and they want to do a SPEED TEST? MY SPEEDS ARE FINE, MY SIGNAL IS FINE!!

i explain to them whats wrong... I TELL THEM THat the towers nodes are screwy!, they dont listen, they wont listen to me? they wont put me through to a 2nd level techie so i can explain to them...

im not happy. what the hell must i do now?

Start with the basics ... tell them you have a CONFIRMED tower problem - explain that you've spoken to other users with a similar ticket .. Insist that they open a ticket and send them an e-mail every hour asking for updates on the ticket ;-)
