I recently had my fibre line installed by Openserve (I applied through Webafrica) and having paid for October and November with Webafrica, I received an invoice for the line and data from Telkom.
The line B number matches on both, so it's definitely the same line and interestingly, the email that the invoice was sent to, is not the email address that I have registered with Webafrica.
I have already logged calls with both, but I know what a mission it is to deal with either of them.
Does anyone have any contacts I can speak to at Telkom/Webafrica?
