Getting in contact with MyBB

Howsit guys

how do i get hold of MyBB
i had messaged and one of the journalist directly through the forum, but no reply.
if their any other way.

i recently bought an LG phone and the specs of the phone differed from their website. i contacted LG and am getting varying replys. am getting no were and would have liked MYBB to look into it

so anyways the story go like this
was interested in the LG k61.
reserched it on their website which mentioned it has an AMOLED screen. fine i was happy. then purchase the phone and it turns out to be an LCD screen. after couple of attempts i get some one on LG whatsapp chat to try and assist. the guy says its an lcd screen. i send him the link and the screen shots to LG South Africa website. he then provides me with another contact number. i start the process again and that person says that they arent the right person to help me. will forward my details and someone will contact me. im waiting... i left a bad review of the phone on their website hoping someone will contact me. but still waiting.

so they just removed the word AMOLED (left the plus sign in) and added the word LCD. i feel cheated. they havent even contacted me.

but i have point it out to them many times in the many conversations i had with them.
i was irritated that they got the description wrong and didnt want to admit it. now they change their website but didnt even bother to contact me, just pisses me off. poor PR!
an apology and replacing my phone would be asking for too much!

Doubt you'd get very far with this kind of thing - they basically made an oopsie on their site and quickly fixed it once you pointed it out. I reckon that would fall under some kind of E & OE policy?
