Getting out of Neotel contract

Have you gotten out of a Neotel contract? This is due to non-delivery (no capacity available)

Will appreciate any feedback

Yup. Report it and get them to come test it and then cancel when they realise they can't deliver what you pay g for. Cancellation fee is R1000 but ask them to waive it
