No need to explain, happened to me also the last time so I know that feeling. Perhaps do some reading and research and if you are up for it, take some again, but like 2.5g and NOT A PARTY. Either do it where you feel 100% safe and at ease or outside on a sunny day but not around or with other people.
Let your partner be your sitter, keeping you calm and just assisting you through it. I find eating fruits during the trip to be amazing and although I dont suffer from anxiety or depression it really gives that feeling which you described how you felt after the GHB.
Just note that some trips can be difficult but you need to face it and work through it and listen to your body and the shrooms. If you feel like staying in bed with your partner under the duvet, with your eyes closed then do it, feel like a shower, then go for it.
I feel so much lighter after a trip. I am a very violent angry person but after a trip I appreciate my kids, nature, music and colours. I laugh more, much less anger outbursts etc.
But if you dont feel comfortable doing it yet or again, dont force yourself.
