Hi all,

Could those of you who use the Globe Surfer 3G router please help me with the following:

APN:
When doing a global reset of all settings the default APN reverts to myMTN with a username of mtnwap and a password that is masked. AFAIK the MTN APN is internet, with username and password left blank (as per E220 settings). Does this make a difference at all?

Signal strength:
When logging into the router management console the router indicated a signal strength (with something like "good" or "bad" etc.) as well as a dBm indication. Can you please check your dBm setting and post it here?

Thanks, R

MTN has two normal APN's .. both "internet" and "myMTN" can be used.. AFAIK there is no difference between them..

Don't know about the passwords though?
I find that I can put whatever I want in the username/password and it connects no problem...
