No, we seriously need to get this right. Today, and from 1994, black people were the beneficiaries of Apartheid. Not only did they inherit the whole country, Government, economy, the infrastructure, state owned enterprises, finances, but they also started increasing taxes on the middle class to the highest levels in the world. The only people that benefited from South Africa since 1994 were black people. Grants, BEE, AA, 140+ discriminative laws, EWC and many, many more. What their government did, on the other hand, well, that is a total different discussion in terms of human rights violations.
