Its GPRS, for today I'm using my phone/bluetooth and will be billed at about R2/meg for what I download
The nice thing is that it's a USB modem, no need to setup bluetooth with DUN (I always have a problem). You can also leave it on your notebook or in it's bag. With a cell you can't receive or make a call when connected via GPRS. I think it's quite a nice idea ...
