Good Day. I am having trouble making calls. My rain SIM doesn't work on its own, I need to be connected to the WiFi in order to sent SMS and search. As for calls they so not go through. - VoLTE is enabled & I've done the APN settings. @rain_mobile is not very good at getting back to me as I have to wait 24hrs plus for a reply on an urgent issue. I have Benn waiting for their call even today.

I hope you eventually had resolution to your issue.
I also encountered the non-response to a technical challenge regarding VoLTE, but on an LG device.
Its a that pity that clients have to resort to public forums to obtain reaction.

My issue with a Rain Sim Card on an LG device harks back to 21 Nov 2024, various ticket numbers logged.

Yesterday I again received the below. Its now 20hours since the email was received.
"Hey there,


Thank you for contacting rain. Your request has been received and one of our agents will get back to you soon.
Reference Number: 2**8*0*6

Monday was 16 Dec 2024. My issue was logged 17 Dec 2024. Sorry but I fail to see the relevance. Customer satisfaction is the key to business success. My issue goes as far back as 17 Nov 2024, so I think i've been very patient.
