Good grief, how long can it take?!!

OpenServe have been installing fibre here in our complex in Lonehill for weeks (actually about 3 months or more). And still not done! Apparently now waiting for QA to get done.

Anybody else experience this? And how long typically from QA approval, to available for installation?

This is Africa, when I send an email I said, do your work and sign the thing, while others, will you kindly be so friendly and sign it.

For some tea time is more important than work.

I've been waiting while they dig trenches since November last year

I’m «*online «* on their website since December 2016.

In reality, nothing happened since they’ve installed everything.
