"Good" movies you've never seen & why

So I was thinking there are movies touted as the best in their class or in general. Are there such movies you've never watched for some or other reason.

For me:
Godfather (all) -
I've started the first movie a few times but have never got past the first 10/20 minutes. I think it is mainly that I've never had the time to immerse and pay attention. It seems like a movie where you need to pay close attention. I've watched and enjoyed Goodfellas/Casino (gangster but not at the same story type as godfather I assume). I have however listened to the audio trip while travelling once and must say I loved the book.

Casablanca -
This one appears near the top of most lists I've seen. I've seen it play on TV a time or two but find I am unable to look past the datedness of the film.

Schindler's List -
Not sure why I've never tried watching this despite having filed it in my to watch list for years now.

Fightclub -
I've also tried this a few times but have not had the time to give the attention. And must admit I wimped out at the blood. For some reason it gets to me with this but I have no trouble with blood in other movies. The fact it is a because of fist fighting for "fun" is the reason I think.

And lastly, I can't seem to be able to stand Guy Ritchie movies.

Avatar - Didn't watch in theatres and it's pointless to watch on tv because the hype is all about the 3D

Reservoir Dogs - I like most of Tarantino's films but I never can make it far into this one.

Blade Runner 2049 - Didn't like the original so never bothered with the sequel.

Not a big fan of biopics because they seem like obvious Oscar bait films

To add to Ninja'd.

I tried the original Blade runner and didn't like it, rather preferred the book.

Gandhi - Haven't found the inclination to sit through a heavy 3hr period drama

Apocalypse Now - Same, but for a military tale.

Either don't have the time to watch it, or it is boring and not worth the watch or the visuals are dated and not worth staring at. Godfather is one of them, it is boring as hell, too much talking and the visuals look worse than Zimbabwean farmland.

I'm trying to think what MyBBers think is good then to note if I haven`t watched it.

All that comes to mind was Debbie does Dallas, movie too old for me

Requiem for a Dream

Apparently a great film but I just don't want to sit through two hours of misery.
