Steps are being taken to improve the functioning of the 10111 call centres, as well as building a new central station and improving skills of operators. He said that to improve safety on the province's railways, steps have already been taken to deploy reservists on the trains.
the fact that people make hoax calls to this number is sad :(

Its sad but atleast things are starting to happen and I am hoping its not the african way, just talking about it and then nothing happens.

Its been 12 years but like the saying goes rather late than never :D
