Spend the extra money (yes I know you're in debt from the other thread ) and see a psychiatrist. They're the real health professionals. Any quack can become a psychologist.

I suggest you go try, not sure why u have such a negative attitude towards them. My sister is a psychologist and I can tell you now it's not a walk in the park to become one, that being said some people are good at fishing others are bad. Some people prefer nandos others prefer KFC. Just because there are some bad fishermen in KFC doesn't mean nandos is better..

I went through some crap years ago and spent a small fortune on psychologists and psychiatrists. In the end it was a life coach that helped most.
