Tested on Wear OS. It works. It needs you to have a screen lock (pin/pattern/etc) but it didn't ask me to unlock until I had already tapped. The well-worn FNB terminal at the coffee shop said "check phone for further instructions" and then froze. Once they had reloaded the transaction, I was able to tap. Payment went through almost instantly, and without asking me unlock again. Not sure if the unlock is random, if there's a timer or what.
 
thats something I really want to know, aint paying for FNB nonsense fees because it says "Google"

it doesnt show as a Google Transaction just a regular transaction from the virtual card, as if it was fnb app
 
good to know, but you never know with the FNB thieves,
might just tack it on later
well they dont do with Apple Pay/Wallet so not sure why they would now, but will keep an eye on it, also collecting funds at a later date is not ideal, if youre not sure you will be recover the cost at a later time
