Gordhans whole testimony to Scopa smacked of double standards and trying to lay his failure at the feet of others. Another example was his saying something like "De Ruyter was in charge of Eskom, so the buck stops with him" - but Gordhan is in charge of Eskom, SAA, Denel, Transnet etc .. and somehow he isn't responsible for their failure?
