Called the AARTO call centre number on the notice to sort out - and got a sorry this number no longer exists message please call...
Called that number, and they told me to call another number because they can't see the photograph. The viewing room obviously does not answer their phones.
Had a look at the forms to complete for making a representation - will take hours to complete.
So much for the AARTO system.
