So the clue to the fact that a significant breach has occurred is in the above. When a anc opens their mouth and denies something you know they lying.
 
What incentives do companies have for keeping their customer data private?
No consequences. Almost seem all this is orchestrated.:unsure:

The service provider involved here is Accenture with the mainframe being IBM and the database Oracle.

There are more than Accenture involved with this.
When I still had some insight there different areas were segregated from a support pov.

Gov for some reason loves McAffee. Not the only department I knew that used it

The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) says the data leak from LockBit is "extremely concerning" as its administrator — the Government Pensions Administration Agency (GPAA) — told it that no data breach had occurred.
Startling how much s**t these guys can come up with.

Ah ok, so it was revelation to the GEPF - ok thanks - I wasn't sure if it was that startling that a Government department denied (or didn't know) that they'd been breached.


Anyway, time to roll out the CIPC press release - "Many others have been hacked too"
