Sure, bring back the measures that curbed stratification in the first place such as under Apartheid. Implement the kind of policies that strengthened the Rand from its opening position of about R1.24 to a peak of about R0.35 per dollar. Implement policies that created more black millionaires than all of sub-Saharan Africa combined and had workers wages (black and white) the highest in all of sub-Saharan Africa (about 15 times than in Botswana) and almost on par with the U.S. which was the richest country in the world.

Cut the work force by a 3rd, keep the best performers and give them performance based increases.

Automate stuff so that the public don't need to waste productive hours standing in a queue to renew just to renew a bloody license disk..

Reduce staff by 30%
No redundancy payments
Automate service enquiries
Hire on merit only
Fire all staff convicted of white-collar crimes
