Government plans massive transformation push in South Africa

South Africa needs to push hard for transformation in the workplace or risk having the 'status quo prevailing for the next 100 years', says Employment and Labour minister Thulas Nxesi.

And, this, ladies and gentlemen, is why you do not invest or start any business up in South Africa. You have absolutely no freedom in appointing the person who is right for the job. Instead you are forced to give your business away in terms of race.
