Streaming services work differently from regular tv programming. It's scary that the people in the department of communications and technology can't tell the difference enough to be able to adapt to technology and the way content is now consumed .

It doesn't even make sense to regulate the percentage of local vs international content on streaming services, unless the services offers niche content.
