Does this mean that the Dementia of Communistications has only just noticed the cautionary notices from the 11th of October, or did it take the DoC nearly a week to write a press release commenting on the cautionary notices...

Analysts say government, which holds a 38% stake in Telkom, holds ultimate sway over whether or not the deals happen. At 12.30pm today (Wednesday), Telkom’s share price was trading up 0,5% on the session; MTN was trading little changed on yesterday’s close

err i think it will be the competition commission will have the final say actually

duncan - do you believe this deal can actually happen?
