Government wants to block R12 billion spectrum auction

Telecoms minister, Siyabonga Cwele, plans to take legal action to review the actions of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa regarding its plan to auction spectrum.

And round and round we go. The level of uselessness is beyond me. ICASA and this ministry are so bogged down with politics that nothing is getting done. While all of this is going on the world is moving on and we become less competitive whilst the general population are being fleeced.
