ALL unemployed youth, I would assume...........

Just do the basics. Leave the heavy lifting to the more capable.

Ensure that all kids complete school with at least 50% pass. That they can read and write and know maths.

Gotta teach em to crawl before they can run.

At the current level of public education, a good start would be to teach the unemployed youth how to read and write.

I would say a better idea would be to get some artisan apprentice system in place with big industry. That's where the actual demand lies. We don't need hundreds of thousands half skilled IT workers.

but that's too exclusive for White Kids, so lower the pass rate to 30%,

and you get kids cant even write their own names, and cant count to 10.
but make plans for robotics and nonsense they barely understand.

all they really need to know is put an X next to ANC and the idiots in the ANC will be happy and throw some KFC vouchers their way.
