Job Requirements:
• Graphic Design degree or Diploma
• +- 3 – 6 years working experience
• Good foundation in design principles
• Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects
• A creative digital portfolio demonstrating your ability to create well-crafted designs
• Must be able to provide and receive constructive criticism and creative direction
• Passion for graphic design, human-computer interaction and interaction design
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong eye for typography, colour and hierarchy
• Firm grasp of current design trends and best practices
• Up-to-date knowledge of web development trends and understanding of technology used in designing interactively
• Good knowledge of web standards, cross-platform compatibility, and accessibility
• A commitment to producing quality, innovative work
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline driven, able to work under pressure
• Work in a collaborative team environment or independently
• A willingness to state your opinions clearly and logically
• Service orientated and willing to go the extra mile
• Possess initiative to address issues and identify opportunities
• Mentor/assist other team member on area of expertise where necessary
• Takes ownership of own work
Nice to have:

• Experience working in the software development environment
• Mobile UX/UI experience
• Experience working with Flash
• HTML and CSS
• Animation

Daily duties:

• Work closely with a team of illustrators and designers to maintain a constant and high quality aesthetic look and feel
• Design effective static and animated marketing material to promote games
• Assist with functional and user-friendly UI/UX related designs where necessary
• Translation of wireframes to pixels (psd)
• Slicing up PSDs and providing assets for dev team
• Work closely with their software engineers and product managers
