Hi all

There is some light at the end of the tunnel. I applied for DSL with Datapro and today 17 Oct, less than 3 weeks from my application, my DSL is up and running. They completely took over the dealings with telkom and it paid off. I only spoke to a telkom employee once to inform her that I will be doing a self install.

We've been using Datapro at the office as well and I can highly recommend them.

I think it is important with all the rants and raves that we tell each other when we do have a satisfctory experience.

Nice to hear some positive ADSL stories…thanks for sharing. Currently I am waiting for an installation…lets hope it is also done soon.

I've had ADSL512 going on 3 years now and have always been very satisfied with their service and support over the years.
I have been hit by lightning several times and in each case they are here within a few hours of me reporting it regardless of what time of day it is.
My son's ADSL was hit by lightning at midnight one night and he called them out in the pouring rain.
By 2 am they had replaced the complete line from the pole to his house and had him up and running again.
