imho I would put Roger Federer for individual player, he really took tennis to another extreme, in his worst year he walked away with 2 grandslams?

It has to be Lance. Completing 7 consecutive Tour de France races is a massive accomplishment in itself. Add to that winning every one of them, recovering from cancer and lastly beating various athletes who cheated with performance enhancing drugs.....

Not to mention returning from retirement at the age of 38 and finishing 3rd

While Woods , Schumacher and Federer are the best ever in their respective sports you can't honestly compare it to Lance's achievement surely
