Im thinking of upgrading to 64 BIT DUAL CORE technology but am having great difficulty deciding whether to go for AMD OR INTEL?? I do play games but also need the machine for Graphic Design Software like Photoshop & Freehand.

So which do i go for? AMD 64 BIT DUAL CORE or INTEL DUAL CORE?

Can somone help?

Honestly, if it was me, I'd wait a bit until the new chipsets from both AMD and Intel arrive, then check what people say about them and choose.

If all the hype is correct than Intel might be the way to go. They'll more than likely be more expensive but if you start saving now it shouldn't be a problem.

If you can't wait, you can maybe go with the 3800+ X2 from AMD.
