donn you are wrong. Sentech does not know what the word contention means. Hence the used of "Shared" on their site instead of "Contended". From personal experience they really have no idea what the contention concept is.

Contention is the point where users will either fight about the bandwidth or fight because they're not getting any :) it's still contention. Sharing is the polite way. If everybody knows they are sharing then they won't contend it.

IE: If Sentech said "Shared Broadband" Then nobody would have complained because everyone would have asked "Whith how many other people do I share this?" befor they signed on the dotted line. Then there would be no reason to contend and no contention ratio. It is then a "shared ratio"

It's all in the lingo..

I do get pissed of when the connection drops like a yo yo and I cannot send/receive email or do the stuff that I need to do to run my business, but I don't have the time to sit on the phone for 10 minutes to helpdesk to find out that "There is no problem"

Will Sentech use their MyWireless towers? Because if they do we will have no coverage!

But then again maby it will prompt them to increase MyWireless coverage. [:D]
