I would assume so.

But the amount you'll be paying for the download you might as well buy the disc.

Sadly, if you add the cost for the serial and the bandwidth used, you might want to consider buying the CD / DVD as Pitbull mentioned. If however you live in Japan, its not a problem

Check With BT games... They're ussually on time.

If you buy via NCsoft account you will pay nearly double what you pay for the retail release in SA. What you could do is buy online and just get them to email you the serial. Don't know if any companies will do this for you though.

I have seen several places already stating they will be available on Friday.
Take2 and BTGames to mention a few.

The online purchase thing is expensive, the standard price will be that of a collectors edition.
Plus having to wait for the content to download. Painful!
