I'm assuming it's a summary of the book...which reminded me of this site: https://www.blinkist.com/en/ which provides 15-minute summaries of popular non-fiction books...which might be irrelevant to the topic at hand . Anyway - will check it out later as I've been meaning to read the book for a while now, thanks.
