Sign up with Google Hi everyone. I am seeing a guy who has currently been in a 1.6 year relationship with a girl. They went on a break for a few months and then we met and started started dating. Me and him decided to end things as he is moving and said he isn't ready for anything serious and does not want to hurt me. He got back with his ex after 2 weeks of ending things with me as she was the next best thing. Me and him have still been talking everyday and hangout. Now they have a booked holiday together for two weeks with his parents, and now he can't end things with her because of all the money that has been put in this holiday. He also wants to be with me he says. So he is going to tell her after the holiday it's over. His parents know about me and wanted me to go in her place but I unfortunately can't because of work and finances, as I would have to buy her out. Therefore I told him to just fake it with her till the holiday and then end it, because her feelings won't get as hurt, she doesnr have to know he found someone else and the holiday will be great. Am I being dumb for hanging around waiting for the holiday to end so we can be together. I really like this guy and he has reassured me many times. But I feel bad for the girl and I'm so scared he is just gonna play me.

They have spent the money. He doesn't save money by taking her. There is no benefit other than avoiding breaking up or getting the best of two worlds.
He is taking her so that he will have "company" while on holiday. How could you want to be with him after he spent two weeks with another woman? The right thing to do would be to break up with her and go on holiday alone. That is what someone would do who was putting you first. I am sorry - you are getting a raw deal.
