GW prophecies campaign is stuffed!

So has anyone else experienced this with prophecies campaign.

Whenever you engage a set of monters the they casts skills that do double (mind freeze x 2) damage to you...

I started a necro class and after fighting my way from asclon to beacons it took me 5 hours and 168 deaths...

you can no longer run away from the damn charrs cos they will chase you down from portal to portal and cast spells on you while they run!!!

So I decided to use my warrior/monk and try run to droks... but guess what?

The damn Mind Freeze deals double damage to your character plus they can cast it while chasing you down the first corner of Lornar's Pass... Even if you use charge or sprint the the monters runs just as fast while casting their hexes on you...

Thanks Arenanet for screwing up Prophecies Campaign!!!

There is known things with Bosses in the campaigns :

In prophecies , BOSSES deal double damage
In factions , BOSSES only suffer from conditions and hexs for half the time.
I know about the bastards following you , a lot of people are complaining about it :)
Not sure about the rest of the creatures dealing double damage ..

Quite frankly with hero's etc coming in , I am actually quite happy with the new changes. It is still possible to farm. People just need to use their savvy a bit more. With teh skill combinations , It actually makes an easier 55 build , although I am pissed tehy stuffed up my spirit bonder. It seems as if teh nerfs only really stopped teh kiddie farmers.

I've seen screenies of mobs chasing a player clean across a map ..... yes .... clean across a map. the issue was escalated to Gaille Gray too look at. It's insane though....

Must say this thread is quite interesting.
Didnt know about the BOSSES doing double damage, noticed the bosses in Prophecies only suffering from hexes / conditions for half the time though, not the case on normal creatures.
Didn't notice it on Factions.

The nerfing of builds havent impacted me ;)

The chasing thing is irritating.

Havent done any runs in ages to droks so maybe will check that out...
bet there are easier spots to run and make money, lost of people advertising runs from LA to Sanctum these days.
