The CSSA urged the South African government representatives who will attend the WCIT and all other delegates to the Conference to reject the proposed changes to the ITRs.

If the current government can ignore all the loud cries for change in Telkom, then the chances is good they will also ignore these cries for rejection of the proposed changes to International Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs). Hope the representatives have done their research into the pros and cons of these changes as well.
