Handset exchange possible with CellC?

Have my S3 mini for two months on contract with CellC I would like to get the S4 mini but will CellC allow me to exchange the S3 mini?

Golden rule when getting a new handset: Do your homework and be patient.

Alternatively, have loads of cash and buy something else if you are not happy

@HapticSimian heard from someone else that Vodascum except exchange of handsets but no concrete confirmation.
