Hardcapped....no surprise

That stuff hasnt actualyl been implemented yet has it?

I dont think telkom have accepted it.

They don't have a choice whether to accept it or not. It's law now, which means that isps are required to offer uncapped local bandwidth, either for free or for a per mb/gb cost.

When i called to complain - the Parrot on the other end was gobsmacked at me drilling the idea of Uncapped Local - insisted on speaking to the manager and was cut off - yes, I called more than 7 times regarding this and got cut of EVERY SINGLE TIME - no manager, no explenation, only a icasa website which i posted my complaints and NADDA...

Did you email your complaint to telkom and ICASA?

To Icasa only, i've made enough calls to telkom trying to get answers, trying to get one of the managers on the line - pointless mailing them at all!.

Keep harassing ICASA by phone and email. After a month or so, threaten legal action against ICASA for not doing their job. That usually works - to get their attention, that is. Getting anything else requires a lot more blood and tears.

I would to use my BW but it seems thats theres no point u people have been hard capped n that means ill jst get hard capped n not have anymore internet :/
