Berco 2 day delivery ...... they asked for dimensions and weights!!! Anyway, on these measurements: height 40cm - length 40cm - breadth 15cm and weight: 15kg (hey I was in the dark man .... have no idea) ...... they charge R160. Now I just need to see how off the measurements are

Actual dimensions are 45 x 40 x 18

The Post Office Ordinary Parcel post is R25.80 for the first KG and R3.45 per KG (or part thereof) thereafter -- at 15KG = R74.10 -- national charges... insurance add 2% of item value...

Ya, that is the problem. I am not sure what such hardware goes for.

The prices on that 2nd hand site, BTS, are quite a lot higher - like R1000 for a P3 box for example

Well compare prices for secondhand stuff from a few places, including junkmail, classifieds, etc and then decide on what you are prepared to let stuff go for.
