Has anyone recently used a free online virus scan for windows?

I have used AVG and ZoneAlarm for years, but my PC recently started running really slowly (windows 7), with NO high usage detected by resource monitor. It's been a lot better since i deinstalled both. I'm temporarily using Windows firewall, and wanted to run an online scan without having to install anything. This was easy years ago. Now every "online scan" i look at wants to download something, usually an offline virus scanner, which sort of negates the "free online" blurb. Does anyone know of a real (and effective) free online scan service?

I've never ever ran an anti virus program beside Windows Defender.
My computer is rock solid.

Try ComboFix for a once of scan from bleepingcomputers and run Malware Bytes thereafter.

Very over protective in my case, blocks KMS activators even if it is disabled. (all 3 modules)

When I have a problem I install malware bytes do a scan and then remove, other then that I don't run anti virus.

These days installing windows is quick and easy, backups are kept on an external I just don't see the point in a resource hog scanning my pc every time I start it up.
