I have tried to do so for quite some time now for many reasons, including poor service, high cost etc.
Problem is I cannot find the right person at Telkom who is willing to cancel my line for me - keep being referred to other people, given fax numbers instead of voice numbers etc.
Bottom line is that my ADSL line has not been cancelled and I am still being charged for a service that I no longer require.
If anyone has a phone number to someone direct where I can cancel this service, I will appreciate it.
