HAVA Platinum HD TV PVR

Hi All

I am looking at buying a PVR recorder that can record to a hard drive.
Budget is R2000

I dont have dstv - BUT where I work, our social club has dstv and I would like set it up to record certain shows from it - records in dvd quality.
This box connects to the decoder and over a network cable attached to your computer allows you to view the channel on your computer and record it!

Anybody used this product before, found reviews in America that where good.

Mvix is nice but expensive - cheapest was R3100inc vat and no hard drive.

Read two reviews on it from Cnet and Yahoo, rate the quality as very high but they are recording from HD TV.
I have just finished setting up a Gigabit network where I work, with connections 3m away from the dstv decoder.
this kit would enable me to record any dstv show i wanted! on my pc.
